You talked. We listened. Following last year's conference, we received critical feedback from our Infor ERP XA customers on ways in which we could improve and add increased value to Inforum 2008.
As a result of your input, we're creating a smaller setting where you can more easily connect with other Infor ERP XA users, and we're offering you more product-specific, hands-on training. Additionally, we're introducing Infor ERP XA Connections—a unique conference-within-a-conference approach specifically geared toward you, our Infor ERP XA customers.
Here are just some of the changes we're making this year to enrich your overall experience:
This year, and as part of Infor ERP XA Connections, we are no longer holding one Inforum opening general session for all attendees. Instead, we're hosting an opening general session specifically for customers on the IBM System i platform. After a brief welcome from Tom Lynch, executive VP, Sales and Marketing at Infor, we will share with you how the conference is organized, notify you of important sessions, and inform you on ways in which you can take advantage of opportunities to maximize your Infor ERP XA Connections experience.

This System i solution helps you manage customer information and customer interaction. Written in the
IDF and completely integrated with Infor ERP XA's CSM, the System i Center of Excellence (iCOE) offering
helps you organize and track marketing events to customers and prospects, as well as manage the sales
process for individual opportunities. This application will replace the current iCRM product and is targeted
for availability to Infor ERP XA customers in December 2008.

Birds-of-a-Feather Networking Sessions
Birds-of-a-Feather networking sessions are back by popular demand. These sessions allow you to connect with other Infor ERP XA users in a small group atmosphere about specific topics that are of interest to you and your company. You can prearrange a Birds-of-a-Feather session ahead of the conference or set up additional sessions on-site. If you are interested in organizing a user group in your area, you can suggest a session during conference registration so other users in your area can sign up to participate.

Enterprising Square
This unique setting will provide you with an informal, central networking environment designed to bring pioneering Infor ERP XA users together between conference activities. Enterprising Square will have clear signage and designated areas for Infor ERP XA users only, generating an easily accessible setting for you to connect with others from the Infor ERP XA community.
Let's Do Lunch
During lunchtime each day, we'll set aside designated sections marked with appropriate signage so you can easily gather with other Infor ERP XA attendees.
Solutions Expo
The Solutions Expo during Inforum 2008 will present you with an exclusive chance to explore and educate yourself about advancements from Infor and Infor partners. Infor ERP XA users can meet and talk with strategic development and implementation specialists, ask product-specific questions, and gain hands-on experience while trying out the latest release of Infor ERP XA. Take advantage of this opportunity by learning and networking with the experts!
