You talked. We listened. Following last year's conference, we received critical feedback from our Infor ERP VISUAL customers about ways in which we could improve and add increased value to Inforum 2008.

As a result of your input, we're creating a smaller setting where you can more easily connect with other Infor ERP VISUAL users, and we're offering you more product-specific, hands-on training. Additionally, we're introducing Infor ERP VISUAL Connections—a unique conference-within-a-conference approach specifically geared toward you, our Infor ERP VISUAL customer.

Here are just some of the changes we're making this year to enrich your overall experience:

We've replaced the large opening general session with an opening general session for Infor ERP VISUAL users only.
We've improved Enterprising Square, a unique opportunity to network outside of sessions and during your free time. Designated areas with clear and specific signage have been set aside especially for our Infor ERP VISUAL customers.
We're creating conference badges that will make identifying other Infor ERP VISUAL customers easier, thus increasing your ability to network with like-minded attendees.

Opening general session

This year, and as part of Infor ERP VISUAL Connections, we're no longer holding one opening general session for all Infor customers. Instead, we're hosting an opening general session specifically for Infor ERP VISUAL customers. This session will feature Infor ERP VISUAL-specific topics and content that is relevant to you as an Infor ERP VISUAL Connections attendee.

        Infor ERP VISUAL release 6.5.3
        What's new with Release 6.5.3? If you haven't had a chance to see the latest Infor ERP VISUAL release, this
        session is for you! Attend this assembly to discover exciting enhancements related to productivity and
        personalization. Consigned inventory handling, a new purchasing management window, and other robust
        improvements make this release a reason to upgrade.

        Infor ERP VISUAL roadmap
        What's new with Infor ERP VISUAL? During this session you will hear from Infor ERP VISUAL product
        management about upcoming enhancements. This session will help you understand how Infor ERP
        VISUAL is being enriched, extended, and evolved. Also covered in this session is how service-oriented
        architecture applies to Infor ERP VISUAL and the value it brings to customers like you.

        Role-based home pages
        Imagine starting your day with an overview of what is important to help you do your job more efficiently and
        effectively. Role-based home pages, Infor's newest module, presents predefined metrics, reports, tasks,
        and alerts for people in key decision-making roles within your organization.

Birds-of-a-Feather

Birds of a Feather networking sessions are back by popular demand. These sessions allow you to connect with other Infor ERP VISUAL users in a small group atmosphere about specific topics that are of interest to you and your company. You can prearrange a Birds-of-a-Feather session ahead of the conference or set up additional sessions on-site. For instance, if you are interested in organizing a user group in your area, you can suggest a session during conference registration so other users in your area can sign up to participate.

Enterprising Square

This unique setting will provide you with an informal, central networking environment designed to bring pioneering Infor ERP VISUAL users together between conference activities. Enterprising Square will have clear signage and designated areas for Infor ERP VISUAL users only, generating an easily accessible setting for you to connect with others from the Infor ERP VISUAL community.

During lunchtime each day, we'll set aside designated sections marked with appropriate signage so you can easily gather with other Infor ERP VISUAL attendees.

Solutions Expo

The Solutions Expo at Inforum 2008 will present you with an exclusive chance to explore and educate yourself about advancements from Infor and Infor partners. Infor ERP VISUAL users can meet and talk with strategic development and implementation specialists, ask product-specific questions, and gain hands-on experience while trying out the latest Infor ERP VISUAL release.
